The rooms of the hotel were outstanding and good-sized with the bar and music and Spa bath. The breakfast was savoury and rich with freshly made omelettes and all the food was exceptional. Everything was excellent and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and pleasant.

Fashionable and good-sized rooms, we did not want to leave there.
We needed a place for celebrating birthday, everything was excellent. Truly enjoyed how wonderful small the property was and its incredibly nice staff with great service. The location was marvellous and fantastic, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Platja de Malvarrosa. The food was excellent - plenty of options.

My room at Hotel Neptuno Playa & Spa was beautifully designed and reasonably large, with a queen size bed and a Seaview. The staff at the hotel was pleasant and welcoming, providing helpful advice and suggestions.- The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay, just 200 meters from the Port of Valencia.

Proximity to Beach & Restaurants
Room was not cleaned until late in day, Bathroom floor was filthy. Stafff in Terrace Bar not very helpful.

Had larger room with couch, but lighting was not configured to allow one person to read and another person to sleep without being affected by the lights because of room divider and position of lights.
